CAN I WEAR PURPLE SKIRT.

The uniform co-ordinator had announced last sunday that we would be wearing Black jacket on a black skirt with purple shirt/camisole.
And so we had our rehearsal for the week this friday. At the end of rehearsal. Choir director announces everyone should ensure they wear The Uniform as stipulated, anyone who wears a different uniform is not going up stage on sunday. All of a sudden someone asks, i will call her "J" can i wear purple skirt, everyone is surprised, PURPLE SKIRT? what is the relationship between purple skirt and black skirt, Another lady i will call her "R" says , i don't have purple camisole, Haaaa you too.

The uniform co-ordianted was alarmed, how come you are just saying this, we announced the uniform since last week. After much deliberation we agreed everyone should wear either a black dress or black skirt suit and accesserise with purple. But the purple skirt was totally ruled out.
