THE BALANCE

Sometimes in life it, becomes expedient to draw the line. Sometimes the mother who loves her child lavishly, will have to spank the child. Lest the scripture spare the rod and spoil the child be fulfilled in her child's life.

In a group the leader sometimes is friends with members. But sometimes he/she has to learn how to disconnect from emotions of friendship and make strong decisions as a leader. What is it called again 'tough love", we must learn to scold when errors have been made and correct with love.

Today the incredibles will like to emphasize that the office of the music  minister must be held in utmost respect  and dignity.

COMEST THOU LATE OH DIRECTOR (WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE CHOIR DIRECTOR COMES LATE FOR A MEETING)

FACING YOUR OWN RULES.

So resumption time for De' Incredibles is 8am on sundays. Then guess what happened, all the choir members were early, and then the choir director shows up at Few mintues to nine.

What happens to the choir director, she made the rules, now she has to face it.

The beautiful thing about the incredibles is that we have a dsiciplinary panel, the choir director is also part of it.

SO GUESS WHAT HAPPENS. SHE WALKS TO THE CHOIR STAND TOOK A SIT AT THE BACK AND DID NOT GO UP STAGE.



WE MUST REMEMBER, NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW.
